This is very true to the style that originated in Koln (Cologne), Germany. Our Kölsch is unfiltered and cold-conditioned. The result is a beer that is clean and refreshing, with a crisp finish. It is agreeable without being boring; the beer lover’s session ale.
Ninja Dust Juicy IPA
Ninja Dust is a Juicy IPA that is bursting with Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops giving the brew an easy drinking citrus forward hop profile. We brewed this as a toned down and less hazy version of our fan favorite Hypercolor NEIPA, and we think it is going to be a welcome tasty addition to our year-round lineup. Look for this friendly ninja in 6-pack cans and on tap near you.

Caramel Apple is joining the Kinder Cider Series, made in partnership with Keep Growing Detroit with a mission to raise funds and awareness for Urban Gardens. KGD is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting a food sovereign city where the majority of fruits and vegetables consumed by Detroiters are grown by residents within the city.
It gets even sweeter: Carhartt has offered to match Blake’s donation to KGD.
Through Caramel Apple sales and Carhartt‘s match, we are setting out to donate $20,000 in fruit trees to KGD to be planted in Detroit next Spring.

Get out your lederhosen and grab your favorite stein, it’s O-toberfest time! Our take on the classic German Märzen lager is copper-red in color with insistent foam lacing. The aroma of toasty caramel and rich malt is indicative of the O’so malty flavors to come. Initially sweet on the tongue with caramel bready vienna malted goodness, toasty dry biscuit and rich munich malt follow to a finish that is moderately dry on the palate with seemingly ever-present rich malt flavor lingering on the tongue.
