This is very true to the style that originated in Koln (Cologne), Germany. Our Kölsch is unfiltered and cold-conditioned. The result is a beer that is clean and refreshing, with a crisp finish. It is agreeable without being boring; the beer lover’s session ale.

Ninja Dust Juicy IPA

Ninja Dust is a Juicy IPA that is bursting with Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops giving the brew an easy drinking citrus forward hop profile. We brewed this as a toned down and less hazy version of our fan favorite Hypercolor NEIPA, and we think it is going to be a welcome tasty addition to our year-round lineup.
